Last week I visited my brother in Illinois. I haven't been there for a long time and had a blast. Do you remember as a child going back to school in the fall and having to write a story about what you did on your summer vacation? I do. Mine usually consisted of going to see my grandparents. Well my vacation this year was me going to see my brothers, sister, parents, and nieces. I even found time to visit a friend I haven't seen in years. But you find yourself walking down memory lane a lot. I know I did. And because of that, my mom and I decided to go for a drive in the country and sight see some places we knew when I was a child. And this is what I did on that drive.
Yes. We had a flat and I had to change the tire. And let me tell you if my mother hadn't had a 4-way in her trunk, we might still be sitting there. It took everything I had to break those lug nuts loose. I'm 50 for crying out loud!
Don't worry. I have more photos to share and I will. Of course, you may think me a tad weird when you see what I took photos of, but I'm not really normal. But you knew that didn't you? And what did you do on your vacation?
