With this week's category I had to think fast. This posts on Halloween before you see all the cute little kiddos with their Halloween costumes so I had to think spooky or decorations. Wouldn't you know, my sister-in-law is an excellent muse for all things holiday. I am not at home during this week's little hop so I have relied on her to inspire me since I'm staying at her house for the week. Luckily she did not disappoint.
They have two teenage daughters and live on 40 acres in the middle of nowhere. They thought it would be fun to have a Halloween party. As successful as it was, I was finding more things to shoot than listening to teenagers and all their weirdness. So what I have for you is my own view of the evening.

Halloween
This was taken with no lights except the full moon. Then I made it black and white. I loved how it came out even if it isn't perfect. It was a hollow log set onto the coals of the fire my brother started earlier.
This was the result of just looking up through the tree in the yard. I used the flash to give it a reflective feel.
