I Spy

Hello! Hello! Did everyone survive the holidays? I did. And, I actually had fun. I chose not to go out for New Year's celebrations, but that's okay. Do you know why? I like my own company. And that's okay. Remember Stuart Smalley...cause "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me." Now on with the hop with my buddy Dazee at Crazy Daze and Night Dreams. Do you realize how fun she is?

Next week's categories are "Remembrance(s)" and "Your Choice".

You may remember this as the project I completed for Christmas. There were actually three of them. I still have two more windows to work on. One will be for me and the other will be for my son's ex that actually understands family. I know, cheap shot, but it's true.

This will be a shadow box. It was a spoon display, but I like to change things up once in a while so now it's a shadow box. I just don't know what it will contain when I get done. I know it won't be the same color.

This is not my project. I do not have two teeth that protrude conspicuously from my mouth. Although I have front teeth, I'm sure they are not strong enough to do this. This is a beaver project. With all the water around here, they can be found almost anywhere. What? You thought it would be all about me?

Your Choice

This boy was so tuckered from coloring, he fell asleep right next to the crayons and coloring book.

  1. in my lens I saw smudgy little fingerprints. I love that pic of him sleeping!

  2. I love that you got photo's of the beaver branches. (this just sounds all sorts of wrong, but oh well)

I love when kids just fall asleep wherever. And what a freaking cutie pie.

  3. love the beaver munching! And the soon to be shadow box is a great idea, can't wait to see it finished.

And what a cute little guy. Catching kids sleeping is a favorite hobby of mine.

  4. thanks for sharing the photos on the hop tonight!!! love them all...

  5. What is a shadow box? I look forward to seeing the results anyway.

I'm just the same as that boy, I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat anywhere, well apart from in bed. :D
